Debut in Cooperstown
Title:  Debut in Cooperstown
Description:  Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley Railroad work extra is seen crossing Rt 28 in the Village of Cooperstown with D&H Jordan Spreader 35056 powered by CACV MLW S4 3051. In celebration of a successful inaugural run the crew decided to stop at the local Cooperstown Stewarts for ice cream. Tieing up the consist next to the busy Rt 28, many people stopped to check out what exactly as one person said "that monster of a machine" was.

Cutting A Ditch
Title:  Cutting A Ditch
Description:  Jordan Spreader 35056 is seen cutting a deep ditch in an area that has always been prone to poor drainage. The new secret weapon being used this day is a "ditching blade" seen in the bottom right corner. This blade allows for a deeper cut for better drainage. it also profiles the ballast and right of way giving it the look of being a Class 1 railroad. Location is along Fillors Tree Farm, just South of the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Moving a Mountain!
Title:  Moving a Mountain!
Description:  In a scene resembling a major construction site, the CACV Jordan Spreader Crew is seen at MP4 removing the mudslide and cutting the hillside back the full extension of the wing. Without the Jordan Spreader it would be impossible to accomplish tasks like this with the remoteness of the location and extremely wet terrain.

Title:  Improving the Right of Way
Description:  ex D&H Jordan Spreader 35056 is seen just South of the Cooperstown Dreams Park cutting a ditch to allow drainage of the standing water present there year round. Subsequently water no longer stands at this location, but drains away promoting better roadbed stability and extended life expectancy of ties.

Description:  Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley train #027 Jordan Spreader Work Extra is seen at the Cooperstown Dreams Park clearing light brush and saplings from the right of way. It has been a priority since the Jordan Spreader became operational to improve visibility at crossings and in this case stations for the safety of train crews and the general public.
